Wait times for customer support 3+ hours?

I've been waiting for Visible customer support since 7:50 am and it's now 10:36 am EST. I couldn't join a party pay until I activated my service and now I can't find the place to enter the party pay to join it. Any ideas ?

Resolved! Phone ship time

I bought the iPhone 14 from visible at about 8am on Friday. It says next day FedEx if placed before 3 pm I believe. Phone not showing tracking number. Did anyone get theirs yet? I’ve given up with the chat system this weekend.

Port in Straight Talk keeps saying wrong zip code

Can anyone point me in the right direction ? First they said there was an error with the account number, and got through that, then they said the PIN was wrong, got past that, now it’s zip code. I am not fat fingering. I don’t know what to do.
