Website Login Expires During Chat Wait

If you've logged in and started a chat session, the website shouldn't expire your sign in. After waiting over an hour, I lost my place in the chat queue. After you sign back in, it should rejoin the chat queue automatically in the same place.

Service while in another country.

Hello. I have learned from the forum that international calling is available from the United States, but is calling available while in another country? Just trying to find the best way to make sure my family knows I am OK while I am in Europe.

Oneplus 10t/pro support?

Are the oneplus 10t and/or 10 pro compatible on Visible? I don't have one yet but I'm looking to buy one, so I don't have an IMEI to check, and I'd rather know if it works before I order it.
