Ordered 2 weeks ago. Now order cancelled!

I ordered a phone 2 weeks ago. I contact chat to see what's going on and get informed my order has been cancelled and my account is on hold. Then chat stops responding. Why was my order cancelled? Why is my account on hold?

How long to ship?

I ordered a few days ago and my order has not shipped. How long does it take for shipment? If it doesn't come soon, I will need to cancel as I am out of town and will not be back for some time.
