Service while in another country.

Hello. I have learned from the forum that international calling is available from the United States, but is calling available while in another country? Just trying to find the best way to make sure my family knows I am OK while I am in Europe.

Does the Party plan include international calling or texting? Is the party plan the same as visible basic or visible+?
