Phone box opened

I purchased a new phone and I have now received not one, but two phones which were already opened. Both of them came from return centers and now I can't even log into my account?!?

Is the service really this bad????

I've had Visible for almost a month and the service is just horrible. My calls don't go through and call dbad serviceon't get through to me. Totally unreliable. I will have to switch back to Verizon. This is north of SF.
