Cannot receive calls
So, after updating my plan to the $30/month, I am unable to receive phone calls. Is there actually a SIM card coming?

My S21 drops calls, even w wifi calling turned on & won't make or receive calls until I restart. Do any visible 'support' people respond to these posts? or just other victims of visible?
I thought I read that when you move your phone number over, Visible will cancel your old plan but it looks like I now have two active plans on my iPhone 12 mini. Also, I can't send messages to anyone not on an iPhone
