I have not been able to Access the app or website since 2/13/2024 two different accounts three different devices

Disappearing replies

My thread responses/replies disappear. They appear in thread after touching post button. But when the page is refreshed the posts disappear. Like I never posted, not just an empty text field.

deactivation

Did not know of active buyout plan from Verizon when activating device and phone number. Can I reverse my Visible activation, and return to previous carrier?
