Phone call ended? No texts?

I try to make a call and abruptly disconnects w a message if phone call ended. I have to restart the phone to call successfully. I also don't receive texts. Restart the phone and to get them. Anyone?

New phone

I have had visible for 4 months or so with a SIM card. Well I bought a new phone that would be compatible using eSIM and now I can’t get my new phone to activate. Help
