areas of Visible coverage

This may be a second request for the same issue (obviously new here); want to know how to find out if where I live is covered by your service as many have noted it to be a 'dead zone' before purchasing a phone and service plan. Thank you!

Phone Not Working After Porting In

Hubby and I can send and receive texts, but nothing is happening on the call out / receive calls in. It's been 2 hours now. Worried since he needs his phone for work emergencies/on call overnight.
