Unable to use 5G

I just switched to Visible and for some reason I am unable to use 5G on my iPhone 13. The cellular data is roaming and I turned on 5G auto. I also updated my phone to the newest IOS but I only got LTE . Anyone experienced the same thing?

Resolved! How to reinstall the eSIM

I deleted the eSIM by accident, and now when I log into the account, it wants to setup 2 factor authentication, (which requires the phone number I don't have set up). How do I reinstall the eSIM, if I'm essentially locked out of my account?
