cant activate my service after upgrading to an esim

help im stuck on the 5 minutes upgrading page.... then it tells me 30 minutes then resets my upgrading process i havent had my service for almost 3 days now.... and im surviving off of a wifi connection someone pls help

Not able to use service after activation
