Can't activate my service

Trying to activate my Visible service. Directions direct me to settings>cellar>add carrier. There is no "add carrier" on this screen. Tried to set up with QR code. Error message " the code is no longer valid." Can I talk with someone?

Unlocking phone in India

I want to buy a phone from visible as a gift to someone in India. The phone will be in India after 60 day lock-in period completion. I will pay full price of the phone while buying it itself. I would like to know if I can unlock the phone from India....
