Verification codes

I’m not receiving any verification or activation codes since switching to Visible. Already toggled airplane mode and turn device off a couple times. Any idea how to fix this?

New phone purchase

if I purchase a new phone through visible website do I just wait until I get the phone and then transfer the phone number? We currently already have a visible account.
