Resolved! New basic plan

I am currently on visible $40/month plan using samsung s215g phone. When trying to switch to new $30/month basic plan, visible says the same phone is not compatible. Anyone know why?Thank you!

Resolved! Account Setup problem

I created my account and entered my IMEI. Says my phone has eSIM so I selected that. Picked the plan and put it I'm my cart. Then I realized the phone has an IMEI for the eSim. I deleted the shopping cart plan. Now I can't sign up.
