No WiFi Calling, Samsung S20

Does anyone actually have the WiFi Calling icon with ability to turn on and off, on the S20?As soon as I changed from ATT to Visible, wifi calling disappeared.Chated on Social Media, no help, escalated up the chain, still waiting response.
