Check your bills from June and July. My party still exists, plenty of members, yet Visible took my discount off. No mention about it here, nor via an online search. Yes, I know, we all must sign up with one of the two new plans this month to continue...

Phone's dead

My phone is dead. I need my account number and port out pin but have a 2 step process to access my account. When I log in it sends a text to my number which I can't access. Help!!

How do I find out a possible phone I'm going to buy is compatible with visible wireless when I don't have the imei# ?They use to have a list of phones on the app help site but I can't find it anymore

Checkout glitch

Visible will not allow me to check out. After I enter my port out act and pin and zip it goes on to checkout and then freezes. Tried in 3 different browsers, four different times. I hope the service runs smoother than the website..
