Phone's dead

My phone is dead. I need my account number and port out pin but have a 2 step process to access my account. When I log in it sends a text to my number which I can't access. Help!!

Checkout glitch

Visible will not allow me to check out. After I enter my port out act and pin and zip it goes on to checkout and then freezes. Tried in 3 different browsers, four different times. I hope the service runs smoother than the website..
