Texting not working for two days

I and two friends who are Visible subscribers cannot receive texts from ANYBODY, whether Visible customers or not. Still waiting for the issue to be fixed. This is frustrating and a black mark against Visible's reliability.

They reported the outage but no other updates, we are just left in the dark, I can't log into anything do to 2 step verification.
