Activation

I am trying to activate my new phone. I have to confirm my identity but they send the numbers to my phone number that can't get. I have no service.

Deployment

Hello I need help. I'm getting ready to deploy to overseas in the middle east. I was wondering if I get my phone unlocked and use local SIM card. Will visible still charge me monthly. Or how does that work ? Thank you

No Internet
